On a day to day
basis, I live a very hectic life. I have two wonderfully,
athletic, intelligent, busy children. This photo represents
the calmness in my life.
It also is a bittersweet picture, taken on our vacation, this
summer as my eldest heads into his Senior year of high school.
We, my son, daughter and I , have always had a wonderful
relationship. For that I am so thankful. In the years to come,
as we approach taking separate journey's in life, I get a
sense of calm, knowing that at any given moment if we are near
water, in any capacity, the ocean, the lake, a pond, water
will bring back memories for all of us. An image of such
wonderful, peaceful times, we were able to create together.
Photography has helped capture the moments, indelling them in
our minds eye, allowing us to view the pictures, to jog a
memory. As changes begin to occur, we never fully lose what we
had, it is there in color, or black and white, to take us to a
calmer, magical time any time we need too. |
